24 -HR CANCELLATION POLICY
We are excited to meet you if it is your first time. If you are returning we are always excited to see you. Please provide Premier Wellness with a minimum of 24 hours notice when rescheduling your appointment(s). If 24 hours notice of cancellation or reschedule is not provided, we will charge your credit card 50% of the day’s total service(s) value.
**If you miss your appointment without notifying us, or provide notice within one hour of your appointment, regardless of illness, we will charge your credit card 100% of the day’s total service(s) value.
If you are using Gift Certificates, or Groupon 100% of the total service(s) will be forfeited. If you are using a service series, one of your services will be redeemed for your missed appointment.
We are a service based industry so if you do not come in then our practitioners will not get paid and unfortunately that can take food off their table.
Cell Phones- We ask you to please put your phone on silent before you come in so that you can get the proper relaxation.
We suggest completing any necessary online medical history forms or waivers ahead of time, please print and bring them with you so that upon arrival, we. can go over medical history. Premier Wellness has a set schedule and other guests that may follow your appointment . If you happen to be late to your appointment, your appointment time may be shortened. We know that stuff happens and sometimes it is necessary to be late and we always do our absolute best to try and accommodate you based on what our schedule allows. However, as a courtesy to the next guest, please note that if we can not accomodate you and you arrive late, your session will end at the time you were originally scheduled.

MASSAGE THERAPY: In order to get the most out of your session, it is important to communicate with the therapist! You will never offend us if you tell us the pressure is too much or not enough. Please let us know if there are any specific treatment goals or needs any time before or during your massage.
Premier Spa & A Total YOU Aesthetics are the best mobile spa in the Atlanta area with 30 years experience for hosting birthday parties, wedding showers, company outings, holiday retreats and private events! Maximum spa capacity for simultaneous treatments is up to 16 people. A credit card number (Visa, MC or AMEX) will be required to hold the appointments. For spa parties, we require 72 hours notice for rescheduling. A gratuity of 20% will be added to spa parties of 4+ persons.

Premier Wellness can not honor multiple discounts or coupons for treatments that are done the same day. We will gladly redeem leftover coupons at your next visit. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and the client must follow the expiration date.
Gift certificates are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another person or used for different services. No exceptions. To redeem a gift certificate you gift certificate must be present.
We have gratuity envelopes on the desk for you to utilize free of charge. Gratis may be left at the reception desk. Typically leaving a 15-25% is customary for all service industry providers.
**Any sexual advances or harrassment will be immediately reported to Cobb County Police Department and your credit card will be chargefor your session along with the possibilities of going to jail
